Service Description

One to one sessions of 60-90 minutes, operating by Zoom (unless you are local and wish to meet face to face). Sessions take the form of a conversation between equals: I provide active listening and inquiry to help you get closer to the meaning behind your circumstances, challenges, wishes and dreams, and access your deepest resources in responding to those. Sessions cost between £60-£100 depending on your budget. You may book a single session although a programme of between five and ten sessions is recommended for maximum impact.
